Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Identify, study and develop new business opportunities beyond the current traditional trade models inside and outside Egypt.
The responsibility dealing with public or private projects, monitoring the work progress, setting the general budget for projects, identifying their sources, following up on the implementation, following up the quote orders, managing subordinates and developing their skills.
TASKS
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Work with team to develop tailor made proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Communicate internally with the concerned parties all matters related to executing the planned business development project.
- Monitor sales implementation, evaluate daily reports, identify problems facing project management &solving them, and make decisions to avoid them.
- Contact clients regarding samples, orders, and payments. Respond to clients in writing and verbally in time.
- Deal with any unexpected problems with the clients and take the right actions.
- Taking care of major projects & make tenders for them.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- 7- 10 Years of Experience in similar field.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering). MBA degree.
