Job Description

SOAL FARM & SNIC Snax trade sector
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SOAL FARM & SNIC Snax
trade sector, including sourcing new suppliers, exploring new markets, and 
expanding product- offerings.
2. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform 
business strategy and identify areas for growth.
3- Follow the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue 
growth and increase market share in the fruits and vegetable trade sector.
4-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative waste management 
and recycling projects aimed at reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
Waste Management/Recycling Projects
3. Identify potential partners and stakeholders for waste management and 
recycling projects, including government agencies, NGOs, and other businesses.
4. Develop/Build & manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines for waste 
management and recycling initiatives.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement 
solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
Export Sector
6. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and 
competitive landscape in international markets.
7. Identify and evaluate potential export opportunities, including new markets, 
products, and distribution channels.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, 
distributors, and partners in target export markets.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, 
and finance to ensure alignment and support for export initiatives.
10. Lead the negotiation and execution of export contracts, pricing agreements, 
and distribution agreements.
11. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking 
events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trade policies, and compliance 
requirements related to export activities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Very Good Command in English.
-Business /  Agriculture Graduates English Department are preferable.
