Job Description

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-driven & Motivated – A genuine passion for the real estate industry!
  • Financially Stable for at least 6 months.
  • Car & UAE Driving License – Must be mobile and flexible.
  • Self Visa – Must have a valid UAE residency.
  • Smartphone & Laptop – Essential for your work.
  • Video & Photography Skills – Must excel in creating luxury property videos and photoshoots.
  • Expert Knowledge – In-depth understanding of UAE developments, projects, communities, roads, and maps.
  • Property CRM & Listings – Proficient in managing and updating property listings.
  • UAE Land & Municipality Departments Knowledge – Familiarity with the processes of each city.
  • Contract Knowledge – Deep understanding of UAE property contracts (A, B, F).
  • Offplan Sales Closing Procedures – Familiar with the full process and timeline of offplan property sales.
  • Commission Payment Awareness – Understand that developers pay commissions within 50-120 days after closing deals.
