Job Description
- Receive & review hiring documents.
- Create & archive employees personal files.
- Finalize & deliver all documents related to labor office & social insurance within the defined deadlines.
- Dealing with social insurance office
- Preparing ST02 form insurance for all the company to be delivered to social insurance authority by the end of January every year and make sure about the register on system.
- Preparing a form (1) insurances for new hiring within two weeks from hiring date & form (6) insurances for who resigned and their exit from insurance within one week from last working day.
- Follow-up of the monthly Wages to the Social insurance Authority.
- Create a tracking sheet for all forms F01, F 02 & F 06.
- Cars Social Insurance Letters
- Getting insurance letters for the company Cars and Drivers.
- Archiving
- Making Employees Files, handling insurance files & archive all forms according to delivering date..
- Representative company at Labor office and the health insurance.
- Register new comers at the Labor Office & Make sure that all Health Certificate are Valid.
- Social insurance Notification
- Notify maternity leave, sick leave and wage adjustment to Social Insurance Office.
- Retirement procedures
- Take action for retired wages Procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
- Creating and updating health cards for all employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or any related field.
- October Or Giza Residents is must
- Must Work In FMCG Filed
- Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 / Insurance Law No. 148 of 2019
- Insurance law course at the Institute of Social Insurance
- Diploma in Social Insurance Law / Labor Law
