Job Description

KONE Middle East and Africa is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence in 12 countries across the region, and we are now looking for a French Speaking TA Specialist to be based in Cairo, Egypt who will have the opportunity to drive the holistic TA offering for Egypt and North Africa as well as support other countries in the region.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services for different countries and partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to provide end-to-end strategic talent acquisition activities that support KONE’s current and future business needs.

What will you do?

  • Partner with the hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short- and long-term talent requirements.
  • Deliver talent acquisition activities including, e.g. candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments and offering for white and blue collar roles.
  • Handle the end to end recruitment cycle ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Build talent pools and foster long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of TA Center of Expertise roadmaps, e.g. by sharing country feedback and business requirements.
  • Evaluate the business environment and workforce trends on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for units to achieve and exceed the TA targets.
  • Ensure that policies and processes support KONE’s TA strategy and fulfil all needed regulations, laws and employment standards.
  • Complete various reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessments as well as employer branding.
  • Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization.
  • Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.
  • Excellent English & French language skills is a must.
  • Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
