Job Description
- Build strong relationship with existing & prospective clients to create more business opportunities.
- Identify the businessneeds and tailorsuitable solutions for the clients.
- Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convince prospects to purchase the service.
- Report on sales opportunity and project performance to Sales Manager.
- Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales & financial data.
- Accomplishtargeted sales goals and achieverelevant KPI’s.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and building strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunity.
- Make outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, cold calling, social selling) to generate leads on local companies in Egypt.
- Set up meetings to understand customerneeds and concernsto gather key prospect information.
- Generate interest and bring in successful customers often utilizing productdemos and presentations.
- Negotiate/Close deals and handlecomplaints or objections.
- Collating inputs of client feedback and presenting them to team and management.
- Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- 6 Months -1 year of relevant Sales or Business Development experience preferable in fin-tech, banking, or finance industry.
- Good English language.
- Representable, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Possess an entrepreneur mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to commence immediately/ within short notice period.
