This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, and training.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to successfully attract and select qualified candidates.
Sourcing & attracting qualified blue collar candidates with the automotive background.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Hiring, interviewing, and recruiting skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Experience using recruitment software and platforms
