Job Description

Medical and Product Education to the Sales team:
Design and implement effective training programs and courses.
Prepare educational materials such as handouts, module summaries, videos and all required training material.
Conduct all medical and product trainings to the Sales force team including induction training and refreshment trainings.
Responsible for the medical and product validation tests for the sales team.
Use written and oral presentation and communication skills in order to effectively communicate to a diverse audience ranging from unskilled personnel to highly trained and experienced professionals with a wide range of computer skills at all levels.
Organizing any needed international trainings whether inside or outside Egypt including all the needed preparations and logistical needs.
Gathering all the needed data about the competitors and ensure their delivery to the Sales Force team.
Maintaining a database of all training materials and keeping records of attendance and quizzes results.
Field work:
- Conducting all needed one workshops with Sales team for the surgeon and preparing all their logistics.
- Conduct operations with the KOLs or the focus surgeons based on the agreed monthly plan.
- Field visits with our Sales team to ensure proper message delivery during the visits.
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing teams, and surgeons if required to identify scientific research projects.
LMS:
- Ensure the implementation of our current LMS system.
- Create new initiatives that would enhance our LMS system
- Upload materials & content to the LMS
- Manage the quizzes online
- Conduct online training courses.
- Submit reports & records to upper management
- Updating the monthly reports of the sales team training
Performs other related duties as may be required.

Job Requirements

Education: BA’s degree from a reputable medical university.
Experience: (1 - 3) Experience Years in a Related Position.
Knowledge/Skills: Time management. Excellent Presentation skills. Excellent Selling and Negotiation skills. Excellent Communications Skills. Excellent command of English language
owning a car is a MUST and lives nearby New Cairo.
Personal Requirement: Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality.
Job Requirement: Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation. Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition. Willing to work extended hours to attend to emergency cases. Expert in dealing with clients.
