Job Description
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct effective product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Monitor and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Submit regular sales reports and activity logs.
- Represent the company professionally at conferences, meetings, and promotional events.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine
- 2–5 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Good knowledge of the healthcare market and medical terminology
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
