Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion objectives in the Americas region.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to drive growth in key markets and verticals.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of complex business agreements, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry associations, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Americas region.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand, products, and solutions.
- Provide leadership and direction to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to anticipate market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Proven track record of 5-10 years of successful business development experience in the BPO industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and client feedback to drive business strategies.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of the Americas market landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
