Job Description

Role

  • S/he Work as receptionist to greet clients and visitors and handle their initial requests .
  • S/he Receive and handle calls and guide them to the responsible person.
  • S/he Act as administrator for the SAP SRM system.
  • S/he Act as a liaison between us and the medical service provider to handle approvals , claims and pending issue and also communicate with our Medical Broker.
  • S/he Support the recruitment processes by schedule the interviews and participate in the initial recruitment steps.
  • S/he Support any admin needs inside the office as per case.
  • Other Duties As assigned
  • Job Located in Obour City

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or front office ,receptionist, customer service function .
  • Good English / speaking , reading and writing.
  • High Communication skills and customer centric.
  • SRM SAP background will be big value add
  • Fast learner
