Job Description
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Client Retention and Growth: Understand client needs and objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products/services.
- Sales Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales in Advertising field for one year at least ( printings and giveaways )
- An ability to gasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
