Job Description
1.Determine the client's needs and display customized catalogs.
2. Verifying the availability of products requested by customers.
3. Determine customer requirements and select appropriate spare parts.
4. Issue quotations and start processing the order.
5. Deliver parts to customers while ensuring that parts are delivered correctly.
6. Identify customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and achieve productivity on every call.
7. Implement sales plan to close orders and meet and/or exceed annual sales goals
8. Obtain feedback about competitors' prices, brands available in the market, sales, quality problems and customer complaints
9. Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
10. Request missing parts from warehouse management.
11. Follow up on collecting customer receivables.
Job Requirements
bachelor of mechanical engineering.
At least three years of experience in the same field with the same job title.
• Excellent English language, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using e-mail and messaging programs such as Microsoft Outlook to follow up on customer opinions
• Previous experience working in sales positions.
• ability to know the products and services provided by the organization and provide explanations and descriptions appropriately to customers.
