Job Description
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Prepare RFIs
- Prepare & update Time Schedules for projects.
- Prepare take off for various construction & finishing materials.
- Prepare Submittal packages for Client & Subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Manage shop drawings, material submittals, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance project efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.
- Proven experience in technical office roles within the architectural or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera is a Must.
- Excellent command of English Language is a Must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
