Job Description

  • Customer Relations staff Supervision.
  • Customer Relations staff monitoring for resolving all customer complaints and inquiries to assure their satisfaction by clarifying the customer's complaint; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Monitoring and Evaluating the handover and delivering process for all company’s projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to confirm the customer’s unit readiness to deliver before contacting the customer.
  • Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Promoting any creative ideas to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in real estate customer service.
  • Very good command in English language and Arabic business writing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Very Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
