Job Description
- Customer Relations staff Supervision.
- Customer Relations staff monitoring for resolving all customer complaints and inquiries to assure their satisfaction by clarifying the customer's complaint; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Monitoring and Evaluating the handover and delivering process for all company’s projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to confirm the customer’s unit readiness to deliver before contacting the customer.
- Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Promoting any creative ideas to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Experience in real estate customer service.
- Very good command in English language and Arabic business writing
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Very Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
