Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager MADINTY branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing staff, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures, maintaining inventory, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building trusting relationships with clients and doctors.
Job Requirements
- Previous 3+ years of experience in managing a pharmacy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and practices
- Experience in sales management and achieving targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Ability to speak multiple languages ( English) is a plus
