About the Job:
- Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
- Manage and organize filing system for efficient data retrieval.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Maintain and control an accurate and complete record of documents and correspondences in Correspondence Database.
- Develop and maintain periodic reporting for the Chairman office as and when required
- Maintain overall knowledge of company's projects and keep abreast of the projects development

- Work experience in performing Secretarial duties with minimum 2 years.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
