Job Description
Responsible for leading the customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving issues, implementing customer service policies, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. The Customer Service Manager will also play a key role in developing strategies to improve customer service and foster a customer-centric culture within the company.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or Assistant Manager in Shipping Lines or Shipping Agents.
- Multinational Experience is a plus
- BS degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
