Job Description
Personnel Governmental Affairs:
- Follow up Additions, Deletions, and Update on NOSI. ( GRO )
- Responsible for Monthly NOSI Payment. ( GRO & Finance )
- Manage additions, deletions, and updates on Medical insurance.
- Manage employee and management requests need to be done through and governmental authority. (GRO)
Personnel Internal Affairs:
- Supervise Onboarding / Offboarding Process.
- Initiate Employee Contracts (freelance, Project-based, consultancy, and ND Agreements)
- Physical and Electronic archiving for employees documents.
- Monitor and check Vacation balances for all employees and ensure compliance with Vacation policies.
- Manage and track Loan requests and installments and ensure compliance with Loan Policy.
- Track and verify bonuses, Overtime, and Additions or deductions through HRIS.
HRIS :
- Keep Egypt branch on HRIS updated at all times.
- Ensure that we archive all employee's documents in their profile.
- Review all requests done through HRIS.
- Ensure and compare Salary details to make sure of our data validity
Office Management:
- Supervise all office management activities done by the Office manager.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
- Organizing induction programs for new employees.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Managing office budgets.
- Manage allocation plan for the office.
- Prepare and follow up Custodies tracker report.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of relative experience in a similar role.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good MS Office Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience Using HRIS is a plus.
