Job Description

- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Looking at gaps in service training in your current workforce and providing customer service seminars, online or in person.
- Using condition-based monitoring to assess the performance and condition of equipment and systems and identify faults or potential failures.
- Using metrics and KPIs to measure and report on service delivery quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Using graphical dashboards and configurable reports to monitor service delivery and quality in real time, based on KPIs like ticket volume trends, incident response and resolution times, and service level compliance statistics.
- Using feedback from customers, managers, and peers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Taking professional courses in service management, quality assurance, and customer service to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Determining the kind of service to be performed: repair, maintenance, installation, or other work.
- Describing the problem and taking photo evidence of defects or damages.
- Documenting the actions taken and confirming if work was completed. If not, putting follow-up action items.
- Using a digital auditing tool to create and share service reports in real time, using various formats such as PDF, Excel, Word, and Web links.
- Using metrics and KPIs to measure and report on service delivery quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field and license or certification is a MUST.
- Must have extensive experience in Engineering – facilities and services.
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- High level of energy and motivation.
- Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountabilities.
- Organization skills.
