Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Create 2D and 3D drawings for both residential and commercial projects.
Revise and update plans based on feedback from the project team and changes during construction.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design drawings.
Ensure that all designs are feasible, functional, and within budgetary constraints.
Maintain accurate records of drafts and revisions.

Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Construction Technology, or related field. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction industry, preferably 1-3 years.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Familiarity with 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise, error-free drawings and documents.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions during the drafting process.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
