Job Description
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D MEP drawings for STP/WTP projects including piping layouts, equipment layouts, and electrical schematics.
- Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, P&ID, isometric drawings, and civil interface drawings.
- Coordinate with design engineers to ensure accurate representation of design intent.
- Revise drawings based on engineering markups and site feedback.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify installations.
- Collaborate with project teams to support timely project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in drafting for STP/WTP/ETP/DM plant projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit ; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with IS codes and water treatment plant design standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
