Job Description
- Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, joint venture agreements and tender documents, Rents..etc).
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes.
- Helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
- Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts and License.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in law.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc..).
- Excellent legal and communications skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Experience in review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations underagreements to ensure compliance.
- Effective Communication & Negotiation Skills.
