Job Description
- Develop the monthly work plan and schedule for the maintenance department
- Follow up the implementation of the periodic and annual maintenance plan to ensure the efficiency and quality of performance.
- Supervising the implementation of the requests received for management and sudden breakdowns.
- Review the balance of stores and prepare schedules for the materials consumed periodically for all maintenance departments.
- Determine the needs of materials and equipment required for maintenance departments.
- Ensure the application of safety procedures and instructions and the use of personal protective equipment and equipment by employees and guide workers towards following safe work methods
In the implementation of maintenance work - Follow up the implementation of maintenance contracts with third parties and the adult in case of malfunctions
- Ensure that the maintenance team in the department performs properly, on time and with the required quality
- Work on developing the performance of the work team through training during the performance of work and motivate them to develop themselves.
