Job Description

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts and services.
  • Assist in cybersecurity measures and basic troubleshooting.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and familiar with Linux operating systems.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, FortiGate, Sophos, and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
