Job Description
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Keep track records of Shipments data and details according to the agreed procedures.
- Support in the preparation of clients’ financial statements and credit/debit notes issuance.
- Liaise with logistics and pack house departments to arrange shipments and documents according to the clients’ requirements.
- Regular visits to pack houses and farms to follow up on clients’ orders progress.
- Support in attending clients’ visits when needed.
- Revise Contracts
Job Requirements
- Fresh Grade but capable to be hard worker
- Excellent Command of the English Language other language is a plus
- Very Good Command of office applications Excel, word, PowerPoint
- Good ability to communicate and interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- working knowledge as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Eager to learn and develop our type of business
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
