Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Keep track records of Shipments data and details according to the agreed procedures.
  • Support in the preparation of clients’ financial statements and credit/debit notes issuance.
  • Liaise with logistics and pack house departments to arrange shipments and documents according to the clients’ requirements.
  • Regular visits to pack houses and farms to follow up on clients’ orders progress.
  • Support in attending clients’ visits when needed.
  • Revise Contracts

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Grade but capable to be hard worker
  • Excellent Command of the English Language other language is a plus
  • Very Good Command of office applications Excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Good ability to communicate and interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds.  
  • working knowledge as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Eager to learn and develop our type of business
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
