Job Description

  • Meet and great walk-in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors).
  • Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation.
  • Updating the clients with the foundation of new services and campaign.
  • Respond to all donors queries in a safe, timely professional manner.
  • Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries/donors.
  • Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's inquirers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Years of experience 1 -3
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Resident from Alexandria is a must
