Job Description
- Maintain smooth office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Perform various tasks such as reception duties, copy editing, and providing support as needed.
- Organize and manage schedules, including meetings and events.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare reports, compose correspondence, and assist in drafting new contracts.
Create professional presentations and other management-level reports.
Job Requirements
- To be based in Sharm El-Sheikh & Cairo.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, office manager, or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or a relative field
