Job Description
A Tour Leader at Emeco Travel is responsible for managing group tours, ensuring itineraries run smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service. He or she will coordinate logistics, handle unforeseen issues, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients throughout the trip. The Tour Leader works closely with local guides and service providers to deliver a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- More than two years of Experience as a Russian-speaking Tour Leader or in a related travel industry role is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Egypt’s history, culture, landmarks, and destinations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Russian (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle unexpected situations
