Job Description
- Lead and optimize supply chain optimization initiatives to enhance company performance
- Implement supply chain strategy and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Lead continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and other stakeholders.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain management team
- Stay current on supply chain best practices, innovations and technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like sales, finance and operations.
- Report on supply chain metrics and performance to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a director or senior manager role
- Knowledge of supply chain software, systems, and automation
- Understanding logistics, warehousing, distribution concepts and best practices.
