Job Description
- Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to benchmark the company's compensation structure against industry standards.
- Analyze job descriptions and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels for each position.
- Develop and maintain the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and guidelines. • Administer the annual salary review process, including performance evaluations and merit based increases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Manage the relationship with third-party benefits providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
From 2-3 years of experience in the HR field.
