Job Description

  • Supervise day to day operations of the administration department and staff members.
  • Manage the maintenance and the facilitation of the building and the contracts related to that, as well as monitoring the regular payments for consumptions (Electricity, Water and Gas) also office supplies, assets, elevator and maintenance, ensure, firefighting, safety for evacuations..etc.
  • Monitor inventory of all admin team’s functions on monthly basis and the purchasing of new material with attention to budget constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Supervise the housing keeping team and handle the issuance of purchasing orders for toiletries, cleaning, uniforms and buffet supplies.
  • Supervise the fleet team and the company vehicles through the tracking systems, as well as handling the issuance of the licenses issuance, maintenance, fuel and cleanliness along with the insurance contracts against stealing, and accidents.
  • Manage the selling of the wasted materials in alignment with the concerned departments and with adequate prices and accurate paperwork.
  • Handling the mobile benefit in terms of consumption and mobile devices as well.
  • Managing and supervising the security team with all the monitoring tools possible.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
  2. 10+ years of previous experience as administrator 
  3. Proficient in MS Office 
  4. Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic (is a must) and in English as well. 
  5. A team player with leadership skills.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. In-depth understanding of office management procedures, governmental and legal policies.
