Job Description
Scope: This role is involved in the Quality assurance department which includes heavy data entry with the below Responsibilities:
- Create Tracking Sheets and maintain necessary spreadsheets needed for the QA process/department.
- Maintain all Quality Assurance documents in the Quality Management system.
- Prepare reports through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; make recommendations for corrections and/or improvements./Prepares and analyzes quality reports.
- Coordinate and schedule all quality control reviews and audits utilizing the Quality Management system.
- Ensure all documentation aligns directly with the Internal Quality Assurance Manual.
- Support in various QA functions of the Quality Assurance Department when required.
Job Requirements
- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite especially Excel.
- Experience with meeting minutes, spreadsheets and filing.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good multitasking skills.
- Must have a good level of spoken and written English
