Property Consultants are the company's real asset, responsible for advising and directing customers to their dream homes , responsibilities include:

•  Communicate with Brokerage Firms, do orientations, sign collaboration
  agreements.
•  Communicate property requests with Brokerage firms, follow up.
•  Update CRM and Website with new properties.
•  Communicate with customers suitable properties, arrange visits, and follow
  up.
•  Follow up with clients until suitable property is selected
•  Communicate with Broker / Property owner on the property legal documents
  required.
•  Follow up with Back Office Team to ensure legal documents are approved.
• Update CRM effectively.
