Job Description
1. Translate formal document from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.
2. Interpret in meetings from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.
3. Archiving and management of various documents related to work content (computerized/papers processing);
4. Receiving guests, answering or transferring external calls;
5. Responsible for the overall management of office supplies, low-consumer supplies, etc.;
6. Responsible for the daily administration of the workplace area, management of the office environment, etc.
7. Arrange the daily work content of drivers, security guards and cleaning staff, and check the completion status.
8. Assist in office management work, and events organization, coordinate resources.
9. Assist in the organization, arrangement and service of various meetings of the company, and assisting in recruitment and reception related work.
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role
3.Fluency in English in addition to your native language
4.Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as word, excel and PPT
5.Familiarity with translation software
6.Time-management skills
7.HSK4 or equivalent certificate
