Job Description

Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • Establish communication between the Head Office and Site to ensure the project is applied correctly.
  • Organize the project team members and develop an organizational chart.
  • Ensure all staff is successfully trained and motivated to perform tasks.
  • Conduct meetings with function managers, subordinates, and with the head office to ensure efficient implementation of the project.
  • Be responsible for the performance in the project, including the implementation of all quality and safety measures.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

  • Must understand platform architecture & design, common integration approaches, security, data relationships, and interface capabilities
  • AutoCAD

  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP software is highly advantageous
