Needs and Requirements Analysis for the Client

• Meeting with the project stakeholders’ management to identify the points to be implemented and establish clear and fixed requirements for project execution.
• Reviewing the model prepared by the Product Manager using Enterprise Architect and ensuring all agreed-upon project requirements are recorded.
• Modifying any changes that arise during the project using Enterprise Architect.
• Assessing the final product's compliance with the client’s requirements.

Test Plan Execution

• Receiving the product (websites or applications) from the development team and applying per-prepared test cases based on the test plan.
• Reviewing the product and reporting any issues or bugs discovered during testing, recording them in Team Foundation Server.
• Writing issue-tracking procedures for the development team to resolve the problems.
• Receiving the revised version from the development team, retesting it, and ensuring its quality.
• Issuing final approval for the product before client delivery.
• Ensuring the final product is released on time and meets the required quality standards.
