Job DescriptionCore Experience:Configure, implement and support in the area of SAP Production Planning and Advanced Planning and OptimizationExperience in both discrete and process industries solutionsExperience in Demand planning/SNP/PPDS/gATP, ECC/S4H production planningGood understanding in FI, CO, PS, PM modules and the areas of integrationsUnderstand business requirements to provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordinglyDocument functional designs, test cases, and resultsReview standard SAP functionalities that can be incorporated for efficient use of our current SAP implementationAnalyze new SAP functionalities which come with new releases and upgradesIdentify ABAP development write a functional specification to develop customized functionality or new reports to meet business requirementsCoordinate with the Development team and cross-functional teams to address solution requirementsProvide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredSupport and guide users in creating test cases, training documents, process documentsKey CompetenciesExperience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications for RICEFW, help manuals, and test scriptsExperience in Supporting large customer for L2 and L3 incidentsExperience in creating root cause analysisExperience in analysing repeated incidents and to provide permanent solutionsShould be able to communicate directly with the Business users and resolve the issuesCapacity to understand business requirements from a client’s point of viewCapacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others.
