Responsibilities:
- Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Job Requirements
- It is a hosting company so you should have at least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
- English level is at least very good
- Max age is 30
- Sales experience is preferred
- Grads only
- Males and Females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions :
Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm which is work from the office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home
- 2 Days off is fixed but it changes every month
- Hybrid
