Job Description
- Follow up and review daily maintenance reports & make the required analysis.
- Follow up the life cycle of the tires in all workshop and provide the maintenance manager with the performance reports.
- Prepare and follow up the purchase orders & payment requests of the suppliers.
- Responsible for updating the tires data on the system “Bridgestone Toolbox”.
- Participate in the periodic inventory check on the maintenance tools and spare parts for all workshops.
- Fulfill the needs and requirements of the workshop engineers in validation with the required approvals.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Microsoft Office professional user.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to administer and process big data on daily basis.
- Bachelor degree from any discipline.
