Job Description

The Applications Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance, customization, and integration of applications to meet the specific needs of our business operations and enhance user satisfaction/experiences.

Propose	and provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications used within the organization, addressing user issues, errors, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.	Collaborate with end-users to understand application-related challenges and provide solutions or workarounds to optimize performance and usability
Cooperate/ Collaborate	and work closely with users to gather customization requests and implement changes in a manner that aligns with application best practices.	Assist in data management activities, including data import, export, and migration, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the applications
Cooperate/ Collaborate	with integration teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems and databases within the organization	Communicate updates, changes, and relevant information to stakeholders, fostering a transparent and well-informed user community
Conduct	training sessions and workshops to educate users on application features, functionalities, and best practices	analyzing and diagnosing problems, utilizing available tools and resources to find appropriate solutions
Participate	Participate in quality assurance activities by testing application updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure they meet defined standards and specifications.	Responsible for creating and updating comprehensive documentation, user guides, and manuals to enhance user understanding and usage of applications.
Manage	user access and authorization levels within applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and access requirements.	Responsible for documenting and tracking incidents, providing updates, and escalating to higher levels of support when necessary
Manage	and escalate incidents, ensuring timely resolution.	Any related assigned tasks from the direct manager upon the work need
Communicate	process improvement opportunities within the applications	Manage projects and prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track application health and improvements to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must have more than 5 years of experience in ERP systems as application specialist, consultant or relevant.
Strong ERP System Knowledge (SAP) and Data Analysis skills.
Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
Advanced Level in English language.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good Communication Skills.
