Job Description
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Interviewing applicants
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Assists in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) after analyzing employees' performance management evaluation
- Documents all the performance management system actions/forms in time for every phase
- Coordinates different actions related to performance management system implementation
- support in compensation and benefits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist
- Experience in the Recruitment, training and performance Appraisal
- Very Good / Excellent English speaker.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
