Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives across all subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Drive cross-business marketing initiatives to support growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all markets, communications, and platforms.
- Lead collaboration with subsidiary marketing teams to align efforts and share best practices.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, events, content, and more).
- Manage the corporate brand identity and ensure its consistent application across all materials and communications.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support business development, product launches, and corporate communications efforts.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-brand or holding company-level marketing efforts.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a proven track record of driving marketing success across multiple business units.
- Expertise in brand management, cross-functional leadership, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working across multiple industries and international markets preferred.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
