Job Description
- Track the material consumption rate (COCKPIT, parts, and consumables) to assess volume requirements against planed assumptions and issue Purchasing Requests (PRs) accordingly.
- Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to analyze consumables shelf life, track supplier lead time, quantity available vs required, and validate received packages against patch due for production as per work order details.
- Conduct material robbing and rolling as per collected claims for defected items (NCP/ DMR) from all concerned area owners to maintain steady feed to the production line.
- Proactively track manufacturing productivity of finished vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and commitment to the sales plan.
- Work closely with customs clearance team to provide them with needed paperwork and documents for shipping release.
- Conduct data analysis and create dashboard for the entire supply chain department to help with monitoring the department performance and spotting gaps and take relevant actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role as MRP Engineer.
- Manufacturing background is a Must / Automotive background is preferred.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
