Job Description
The Procurement / Sub-contractors Team Leader - Overseas Operations - will be mainly responsible for providing qualified sub-contractors as per the project's needs in terms of technical specifications and budget. He / She will be responsible for reaching-out sub-contractors, managing sub-contractors’ contracts and handle negotiation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in the construction industry focus on Roads, Bridges and Infrastructure
- Experience in legal concepts of construction contracts and contractual clauses.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- International procurement experience is an asset
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English / French is a must
