Job Description
Web Chat Advisor is needed for a sports wear account (E-Commerce platform - UAE Account).
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and tickets in a timely manner
- Follow up on the placed orders, through outbound calls
- Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
- Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- Fluent English Speakers.
- Call Center and Web Chat experience
- Business writing skills and fast typing speed (30 Words Per Min).
- Good Communication skills
