Job Description

 

  • Responsible for recruitment, orientation, and training.
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Monitor and follow up performance management for employees.
  • Conduct and follow up the training process for employees.
