Transaction Associate/Analyst - Investment Banking

• We’re looking for a results-driven associate (Female or Male) to actively seek out and engage Investor prospects in the Finance sector
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future revenues.
• Achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes within schedule and supply management with reports on Private Equity and Venture Capital needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

As a Transaction Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting innovative tech startups and M&A transactions with potential funding and investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of functions aimed at facilitating successful capital raises and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Research:
   • Explore and identify funding and investment agents interested in supporting tech startups.
2. Document Review:
   • Review and organize comprehensive documentation for transactions, tailored to attract potential investors.
3. Communication and Reporting:
   • Communicate with potential investors and present detailed reports on investor interest and funding status.
4. Meeting Preparation and Attendance:
   • Prepare for and actively participate in meetings and discussions between potential investors and Intercap clients.
5. Regular Reporting:
   • Submit regular reports on the landscape of private equity, venture capital, family offices, and angel investors interested in investments.
