Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
- Provide the required support\troubleshooting to end user.
- Primarily work on Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and integrated applications.
- Be available for on-call support as needed.
- Ability to travel to support branches in Egypt if needed.
- Administration and monitoring file server.
- Troubleshooting switches and routers issues.
- Manage and maintain cloud applications like Office365.
- Implementing security measures for the environment.
- Interface directly with IT support technicians to resolve and document hardware and software troubleshooting tickets, bug reports and errors.
- Ability to document tasks performed & comply with established technical and security procedures.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability of solving problems.
- Analytical skills.
- Solid Knowledge in MSCA, CCNA.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Windows Administration using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
- Experience in Endpoint (Antiviruses) Administration.
- Familiarity with networking fundamental (Routing & Switching).
- Experience in domain controllers, file server and print server and DNS.
- Experience in patch scripts, group policy and event logs.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with Office365.
- Familiar with storage and virtualization (VMWare).
- Skill and experience in hardware, software & network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of system security fundamental and data backup.
- Knowledge and understanding of standard Infrastructure technologies.
