Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales engineer willing to get engaged in
the Sales Field. The main role is to develop the sales business in every way such as retaining
the old and attracting Customers and finding new Product trends to develop the company’s
technical offering, all with the guidance and the help of the Sales team, business
development head and Technical Teams.
Main Responsibility :
Job Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales through product knowledge, merchandising, and High -
end customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best possible customer
experience
Monitor inventory levels of all products in the assigned Store to meet or
exceed performance targets and react to any changes in demand levels or
competitive activity accordingly
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and awareness of current trends
within the Building Materials industry
Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date on new products and
industry developments
Assist customers with the purchase process, including selecting merchandise
and completing Sales transactions.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring all products are stocked for
timely sales and turnover
Maintain an organized store environment by keeping a neat and tidy display,
restocking shelves as needed, and resolving any customer or inventory issues
in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with company policies and Standards.
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system by updating account.
information regularly and recording the potential opportunities & activities
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Promoting awareness of our products through regular outdoor visits to the
consultant and design offices.
Creating loyalty to our products through strong, trusted relationships with
clients based on technical expertise and product knowledge.
Providing specification support for ongoing contracts, technical support to
the Marketing by writing and maintaining accurate records and documents,
target records and sales reports, customer and project information,
quotations, and growth areas.
Focus on creating opportunities at an early stage in the design process in
order to secure product specifications
Provide input for new product development or product enhancement, and to
assist in new product launch
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, Preferred Engineering, Interior Design
3-7 years of retail sales experience,
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales Targets
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Technical Skills; Auto Cad – Photoshop
Good communication and presentation skills
Gender: Female/Male
Preferable to own a car
